UPPERSTRUCTURE / Pump Device Disassemble Pump Device 1. Remove P sensors (39) (2 used) from flange (1). 3. Remove screws (B) (2 used) from hub (A). Remove hub (A) and insert (D) from center shaft (30). : 27 mm : 14 mm NOTE: Inserts (F) are installed to the flywheel with spring pins (C) and bolts (G). W1V7-02-04-002 2. Remove bolts (E) (4 used) of coupling assembly (38). Remove insert (H) from hub (A). W1V7-02-04-003 4. Remove drain plug (23). Drain off gear oil through flange (1). B H : 14 mm : 22 mm CAUTION: Pump device weight: 205 kg (452 lb) 5. Secure the pump device assembly on a workbench.
