It will always be sent by T2 RTGS as multiple messages (pages) with business application header, not grouped in a file with business file header. A business file header is only relevant for inbound communication to T2 RTGS, not outbound communication from T2 RTGS. Regarding the technical communication channel, if the individual camt.053 messages (pages) are greater than 32 KB, the communication will switch from the “message-based” communication channel to the “file-based” communication channel.
