Inspection/Cleaning Procedure 6 Enter the ink rack housing with the replacement waste ink tank. 7 Remove the waste ink tube from the waste ink tank and insert it into the new waste ink tank. Waste ink tube 8 Securely close the lid of the waste ink tank containing waste ink. 9 Exit the ink rack housing with the waste ink tank containing waste ink. 10 Return the ink rack to the original position. 24 Carefully remove the waste ink tube. Pulling it out with force may result in ink splashing.
