1.1.1.1.2.3 Airbag Reference: 1.1.1.1.2.10 Chemicals. Inflammable and explosive substances - no smoking regulations must be observed. Airbag is installed on the steering wheel and the instrument panel in front of passengers to protect the life safety of front row drivers and passengers. Airbag contains high explosive substances, which will produce high temperature and high pressure gas (2500 ℃ ) when ignited. The gas generating agent used for the gasbag is sodium azide. This material is sealed in the module and will be fully released when the airbag is deployed. Do not attempt to open the airbag by yourself, as this may cause sodium azide to explode.
If the gas generator broken, wear fully protected work clothes when handling. After the airbag is normally deployed, protective gloves and goggles must be worn when handling the site. The used airbag must be packed in plastic bags in strict accordance with local regulations and discarded at the designated chemical waste disposal site. In case of direct contact with the generated gas, clean the site (affected area) thoroughly with water. If necessary, seek medical help. (1) Airbag - operation: Place the airbag vertically. Keep the air bag dry. When handling the airbag, keep the unsealed side of the airbag toward the body. The sealing surface of the airbag should face upward.
Check the airbag damage carefully. Stand on the side when connecting the airbag. All test equipment shall be confirmed to be properly calibrated and maintained. Wash hands after removing the deployed airbag. (2) Airbags - prohibited operations: It is forbidden to put flammable substances or gas generator together with air bag. The storage temperature of gas generator shall not exceed 80 ℃ . Do not place airbags upside down. Do not open the gas generator enclosure. Do not allow gas generator to approach open fire or heat source. Do not place anything on the airbag. Do not use damaged airbags. Do not touch the airbag and gas generator within 10 minutes after combustion.
Do not use meter probes on airbag lines. 1.1.1.1.2.4 Air conditioning refrigerant Reference: 1.1.1.1.2.10 Chemicals. Flammable substances - no smoking must be observed. Contact of refrigerant with skin can cause frostbite. The manufacturer's instructions must be strictly followed. Wear protective gloves and glasses to avoid strong light. If the refrigerant contact with skin or eYes, rinse with water immediately. If the eYes are accidentally stained with refrigerant, wash them with the correct cleaning agent. Do not rub them. If necessary, seek medical assistance. Air conditioning refrigerants - prohibited items: Do not expose the refrigerant of air conditioner to the sun or heat it.
When filling refrigerant, do not place the filling bottle vertically, the filling port should face down. Prevent frosting on air conditioning refrigerant bottle. Prevent falling the refrigerant bottle of air conditioner. In any case, it is forbidden to discharge air conditioning refrigerant into the atmosphere. Do not mix refrigerants such as R12 and R134a. 3
