Introduction Advance Mode (All personal data could be uploaded for function realization ): Advance Mode is disabled by default. A notification will pop-up before it is enabled. If Advance Mode is enabled, functions that involve highly sensitive data could be used as usual, all data could be uploaded to cloud. The car's handling, stability, safety and durability could be compromised if you modify the car without permission, and you could also break local laws and regulations or regulatory requirements. Modifying the car without authorization may cause injuries, car damage, performance deterioration, or other losses, and ZEEKR will not be liable for them. User experience (For data analysis ):
Under Basic and Advanced Mode, User experience shall have a separate authorization button to switch on/ off. When user experience is enabled, personal data can be collected and uploaded for data analysis, experience plan or function promotion; When User experience is disabled, data will be collected and uploaded, but not for data analysis purpose. WARNING ■ ZEEKR is only responsible for genuine accessories and optional equipment tested and certified by ZEEKR. ZEEKR does not guarantee or assume any responsibility or obligation for any personal injury, car damage, or other losses that may result from installing non-genuine accessories or non-optional equipment.
Genuine accessories, optional equipment and modification Radio devices Genuine accessories undergo testing to ensure they are compatible with your car's performance, safety, and emission systems. For optimal car performance and safety, we recommend that you use genuine accessories as much as possible. Installation of radio equipment on vehicles may affect the proper use of electrical systems. The following provisions shall be strictly observed in the use of radio equipment: ■ Do not install or change radio equipment on your own, otherwise some electrical system failures could occur or its function is restricted.
■ When using radio equipment, please follow the laws and regulations of the region where the vehicle is located. ■ Do not park the vehicle in a place with strong electromagnetic interference such as a transformer. The performance and safety systems of your car could be damaged by installing non-genuine accessories. ZEEKR will not be held liability for any problems arising therefrom. You can order some ZEEKR certified optional equipment. The specific optional equipment specially provided for certain countries or regions may not be suitable for your area as sales markets vary.
Before you order the optional equipment, please check the local laws and regulations and contact the ZEEKR Service (Experience) Center. ZEEKR will not be liable for any problems that may occur from using optional equipment that is neither certified by ZEEKR nor available in your area. 12
