You must use input redirection (with the ‘ which S-records are to be loaded. By obtaining input from a file one can convert S-record files into binary ones within the 1616. The SREC command simply prints out any characters which are received from the input until a start record (S1, S2 or S3) is received. Bytes are loaded in and the checksum is verified.
