Troubleshooting When there is an error occurred, you will hear a voice alert. Please refer to the corresponding voice message in the table to find your solution. Clear any foreign objects which may block or obstruct the laser distance sensor, or move the vacuum-mop to a new location to start. Please make sure the dust compartment is installed. Install the dust compartment and the filter, and make sure they are secured in place. Please make sure the water tank is installed. Install the water tank and make sure it clicks into place.
Please wipe the cliff sensor clean and move the vacuum-mop to a new location to start. Part of the vacuum-mop may be off the ground, re-position the vacuum-mop and then restart it. The cliff sensors may be dirty, wipe them clean and try again. Please return the vacuum-mop to the dock to charge. The vacuum-mop cannot sense the charging dock's location. Place the vacuum-mop back to the charging dock. Please clear any foreign objects from the collision sensor. The collision sensor may be stuck. Gently tap it several times to remove any foreign objects. If nothing falls out, move the vacuum-mop to a different location to start. Batery level is too low, please charge.
The vacuum-mop cannot be turned on normally due to a low batery. Place the vacuum-mop back to the dock to charge. Please move the vacuum-mop to a level surface to start. The vacuum-mop is tilted at startup. Move the vacuum-mop to a level surface and restart it. You can also reset the level of vacuum-mop in the app, and then restart it. Please place the vacuum-mop on the floor to start. A wheel may be off the ground. Re-position the vacuum-mop and start it. Please help remove the obstacles around the vacuum-mop and try again. The vacuum-mop may be caught or stuck. Clear away any obstructions around it. Please wipe the infrared sensor along the edge.
