1-4 Connection •To use the Braking Resistor (3G3AX-RBA/-RBB/-RBC), be sure to remove the built-in resistor. If the Braking Resistor (3G3AX-RBA/-RBB/-RBC) is used with the built-in resistor connected, it may cause the built-in resistor to burn due to overheating, or result in an overheating detection failure when the Braking Resistor temperature relay is activated. •To use the Braking Resistor (3G3AX-RBA/-RBB/-RBC) for 3G3AX-RBU41, be sure to connect two resistors of the same model in series. If the 3G3AX-RBU41 is operated with a single resistor, the Braking Resistor may have a fault. •To prevent overheating, be sure to connect the alarm contacts 1 (AL1) and 2 (AL2) of the Braking Resistor.
