The ROPS is installed to protect the operator if the machine should overturn. It is designed not only to take the load when the machine overturns, but also to absorb the impact energy. The Komatsu ROPS fulfills all worldwide regulations and standards, but if any unauthorized modification is carried out on it, or if it is damaged when the machine overturns, its strength will be reduced and it will not be able to provide its original capacity.
