OPERATION 12.1.3 ADJUST OPERATORS SEAT A WARNING + Adjust the seat position at the beginning of each shift or when operators change. + Adjust the seat so that the brake pedal can be depressed all the way with the operator’s back against the backrest. Pull lever (A), and slide the seat back or forth to any one of five positions and release the lever. Be sure the seat engages the slide rail notch. Turn the knob (B) clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust the seat to the operators weight. Pull up on the back rest (C) and move the cushion to one of the three positions. 2-27
