OPERATION 11.4 CAP WITH LOCK The fuel tank filler port and the hydraulic tank filler port are equipped with locks. Use the starter key to open and close the cap as follows. 11.4.1 METHOD OF OPENING AND CLOSING CAP WITH LOCK TO OPEN THE CAP (For the fuel tank filler port) 1. Insert the key into the cap. insert the key as far as it will go. If the key is turned before it is inserted all the way in, it could break. 2. Turn the key clockwise, align the match mark on the cap with the rotor groove, then remove the cap. TO LOCK THE CAP 1. Turn the cap into place. 2. Turn the key clockwise and take the key out. 11.5 SAFETY BAR WARNING !

Always remove the safety bar during normal travel operations The safety bar is used during maintenance or when transporting the machine. It locks the front and rear frames, and prevents the front and rear frames from pivoting. 2-19
