TRANSPORTING ATV When transporting the ATV, Arctic Cat recommends that the ATV be in its normal operating position (on all four wheels) and the following procedure be used. 1. Engage the brake lever lock. 2. Secure the ATV with load rated hold-down straps. ! CAUTION If using additional hold-down straps in any other areas, care must be taken not to damage the ATV. ! CAUTION When transporting the ATV, make sure the parking brake lock is engaged and the ATV is properly secured. n Note: Suitable hold-down straps are available from your Arctic Cat ATV dealer. Ordinary rope is not recommended because it can stretch under load.
GASOLINE-OIL-LUBRICANT Recommended Gasoline The recommended gasoline to use in this ATV is 91 minimum octa- ne regular unleaded. In many areas, oxygenates (either ethanol or MTBE) are added to the gasoline. Oxygenated gasolines containing up to 10% ethanol, 5% methane, or MTBE are acceptable gasolines. When using ethanol blended gasoline, it is not necessary to add a gasoline antifreeze since ethanol will prevent the accumulation of moisture in the fuel system. ! CAUTION Do not use white gas. Only Arctic Cat approved gasoline additives should be used. 68
