OPERATION CHECK OIL LEVEL IN REAR BRAKE COOLING OIL TANK, ADD OIL WARNING When the oil filler cap is removed, oil may spurt out, so turn it slowly to release the internal pressure, then remove it carefully. 1. Check with sight gauge G . 2. If the oil level is not up to the window of sight gauge G , add engine oil through oil filler F . When checking the oil level, stop the machine on horizontal ground, lower the dump body, then stop the engine before checking. For details of the oil to use, see “20. DRAIN WATER, SEDIMENT FROM FUEL TANK Loosen valve 1 at the bottom of the fuel tank, and drain the water and sediment collected at the bottom of the tank together with the fuel. 2-53
