Using the Glass Platen You can use the glass platen to fax one page at a time or pages of a book. Documents can be A4 or letter size (21.6 cm to 29.6 cm). To use the glass platen, the Automatic Document Feeder must be empty. Documents are Face Down on the Glass Platen Lift the document cover. 1 2 Using the document guidelines on the left, centre the document FACE DOWN on the glass platen.
