Car Locating at Close Proximity When the vehicle is not being driven and the authenticated key fob is within 70 meters to the vehicle, press the Lock button on the smart key fob twice within three seconds. The vehicle's horn will honk and the turn signals will flash to indicate the vehicle's exact location.
Press the button again after 5 seconds to clear the location prompt. Otherwise, the location prompt will turn off automatically after 10 seconds. When the vehicle is connected to your phone via Bluetooth or the vehicle is connected to the Internet, you can also locate it by tapping My Car > Find My Car on the NIO app. The vehicle's horn will honk and the turn signals will flash to indicate its location.
