4-14 POWER TAKE-OFFS E UROCARGO Euro 4/5 4.6.2 PTO Mode 0 (run mode) In the normal driving mode, the vehicle permits activation of an intermediate speed up to a speed of 30 km/h (warning: above 30 km/h the speed control is activated). Activation takes place by pressing the Resume button on the steering column stalk. A new intermediate speed can be saved by the driver pressing the Resume button for longer (>5), in this case reprogramming by IVECO Service is not necessary. The maximum number of revs that can be reached with SET+ is identical for all modes (PTO mode 0 and PTO modes 1, 2 and 3). The idle speed rate setting range is identical for all modes.
The settings indicated in the table below must not be modified for PTO mode 0 (run mode). Obviously the engine can work with only one PTO mode at a time. The following priority order solves this problem: - PTO mode 3: high priority - PTO mode 2: medium priority - PTO mode 1: low priority - PTO mode 0: drive mode These priorities must be considered already in the programming phase.
Incorrect operation may arise if this prioritisation is not respected and PTO wiring and programming may then need to be modified or the VCM and/or EM control unit reconfigured. !
