От имени Министерства промышленности и торговли Российской Федерации и от себя лично рад приветство вать участников, организаторов и гостей 30-й юбилей ной Международной выставки «Оборудование, техно логии, сырье и ингредиенты для пищевой и перераба тывающей промышленности» – «Агропродмаш-2025». Выставка «Агропродмаш» является крупнейшим меро приятием отрасли машиностроения для пищевой и перерабатывающей промышленности.
За годы про ведения выставки она стала ключевой площадкой для демонстрации новейшего оборудования, инновацион ных инженерно-конструкторских решений и достиже ний отечественных производителей. Сегодня перед агропромышленным комплексом страны стоят амбициозные задачи по модернизации, повыше нию эффективности производства, в том числе за счет использования российской техники и оборудования.
Благодаря продуктивной работе отечественных произ водителей и государственной поддержке на всех эта пах, от разработки технологических решений до реа лизации продукции потребителям, в последние годы удалось существенно нарастить объемы производства в отрасли пищевого машиностроения – более чем в три раза за период 2020–2024 годов. Уверен, что проведение выставки будет способство вать обмену ценным опытом, расширению деловых связей, а также даст дополнительный импульс к даль нейшему развитию и широкому внедрению инно вационных технологий в отрасли машиностроения для пищевой и перерабатывающей промышленности.

D ear colleagues, On behalf of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and myself, I would like to welcome the organisers, exhibitors and visitors to the 30th anniver sary edition of the International Exhibition for Equipment, Technologies, Raw Materials and Ingredients for the Food Processing Industry – Agroprodmash 2025. Agroprodmash is the largest trade show of mechanical engineering for the food processing industry.
Over the years, the show has become a key platform for demon strating the latest equipment, innovative engineering solutions, and achievements of Russian manufacturers. Today, the Russian agriculture industry faces ambitious tasks to upgrade and improve production efficiency, using among other things Russian machinery and equipment. In recent years, Russian manufacturers have managed to significantly increase production in the food machinery industry – more than three times over the period of 2020– 2024. It happened thanks to the efficient work of domestic manufacturers and government support at all stages from the development of technological solutions to the sale of products to consumers.
I am positive that the show will once again facilitate the exchange of valuable experience, expand business ties, and give an additional impetus to the further develop ment and widespread adoption of innovative technolo gies in the field of mechanical engineering for the food processing industry.
