Installer user can either register an account through method 1 or method 2 as described below: Method 1: Connect with Installer Admin, provide your email address to Installer Admin to register an account. End User Pre-requisite: You are using an End User account. Here is the overall process for the initial setup: 1. End User will need to provide Email Address and Username to Installer. Installer will create End User Account based on the email and username provided. (Note:
System Admin and Installer Admin also have permission to create end user account. ) 2. A registration email will be sent to the provided email address, which contains a link to reset the password to login Mobile App and Web Portal. 3. Login to the application. 4.
