STARTING AND DRIVING ■ Traffic Jam Assist (TJA) : 0 ~ 60 km/h ■ Highway Assist (HWA) : 60 ~ 150 km/h Caution! Warning! Pilot assist is a supplemental aid to the driver. It cannot cover all driving situations and traffic, weather and road conditions. You are always responsible for driving safely and complying with current laws and traffic regulations. Attention must be paid to the following situations, otherwise, accidents may be caused, resulting in personal injury or death: ■ You must intervene if pilot assist does not maintain a suitable speed or suitable distance to the vehicle ahead. ■ Pilot assist is not a collision avoidance system.
You are always responsible for applying the brakes if the system does not detect another vehicle. ■ Pilot assist may not react to animals or small vehicles, such as bicycles and motorcycles. It may also not react to slow moving, parked or approaching vehicles, or stationary objects. ■ Do not use pilot assist in demanding driving conditions such as city driving or other heavy traffic situations, in slippery conditions, when there is a great deal of water or slush on the road, during heavy rain or snow, in poor visibility, on winding roads or on ramps etc. ■ Pilot assist cannot identify road edges, such as walls, guardrails, curbs, lawns, green belts, asphalt joints, etc.
You must keep control of the vehicle at all times. ■ Pilot assist cannot work under complex road conditions, such as heavily congested road conditions, complex traffic changes, crossings, intersections, ramps, lane line losses, etc., which requires driver supervision and takeover. Pilot assist is designed to provide comfort experience under suitable road conditions, and the driver is fully responsible for safe driving. VESPER ■ Be careful when installing the front license frame. The wide metal license frame will affect front radar signal output, which may cause the radar to incorrectly handle the vehicle's driving status or report false alarms.
■ Maintenance of pilot assist components may only be performed by a trained and qualified Lynk & Co technician. Pilot assist key 01 Left selection key 02 Acceleration key 03 Right selection key 04 Increase time interval key 196
