Please prepare a 5 mm (0.2 inches) wide strip . Wipe cloths Use this to wipe off water droplets from the belt cleaning tank. Curing tape Used to attach the vinyl sheet to the belt cleaning unit.

Plastic sheets (2 sheets) Plastic bags can also be used. Use a material that does not dissolve in organic solvents, such as polyethylene, and cut them to the following sizes: A: 2 m (78.74 inches) [W] x 3 m (118.11 inches) [D], Thickness: 0.15 mm (0.01 inches) or more B: 2 m (78.74 inches) [W] x 45 cm (17.72 inches) [D], Thickness: 0.15 mm (0.01 inches) or more How to Cure the product 1. Loosen the four bolts on the bottom of the exterior ( A ) on the back of the unit using a hex wrench (5 mm[0.2 inches] width). c Important: Steps 3 and 4 should be carried out by two or more people. 3. While supporting the exterior so that it does not fall, use a hex wrench (5 mm[0.2 inches] width) to loosen and remove the two bolts at the top of the exterior. Be sure to keep the removed bolts in a safe place so as not to lose them. 4. Lift the outer casing upwards and remove it. 2

5. Raise the tension bar. 6. Go around to the front of the machine and Hold the handles （ A ） on the front of the belt cleaning unit to pull it out. 3

7. Wipe off any water droplets from the L-shaped part of the belt cleaning unit cover ( A ) and the edge of the belt cleaning tank ( B ) with a cloth. 8. Apply masking tape from end to end to the front side of the belt washing unit. Apply the tape so that it covers the gap ( A ) between the belt washing tank and the belt washing unit cover, and the protrusion ( B ) on the front side of the belt washing unit. c Important: When applying masking tape to protruding parts, make sure to align the tape firmly along the protruding parts.

If the applied masking tape goes beyond the protruding parts or does not adhere to the protruding parts and floats, it may stick to the belt or rub against it, and you may have to remove the glue and apply it again. 4
