2xMOPP Introduction MOPP stands for Mean of Patient Protection. It is the lastest requirement as per 60601- 1 3rd edition. 2xMOPP means PSU with double insulation (DI) between Primary and Secondary sides and 1xMOPP between Primary to protective earth (FG) at normal condition. Shown as figure below.
