3 Connect the AC power supply cord. Do not use an AC power supply cord from other equipment. Attaching the ferrite core near to the terminal To household AC outlet 5 cm A Pull on the tabs (both sides) to open. B Put the AC power supply cord onto one of the concave surfaces. C Coil the AC power supply cord around the ferrite core and onto the other concave surface. D Close the ferrite core until it clicks. Note: Failure to attach the ferrite core to the AC power supply cord may cause interference to other devices nearby. Conserving power The system consumes a small amount of power when it is in standby mode. Disconnect the power supply if you do not use the system.
