Diagnostics TOPDON Phoenix Nano supports AutoScan and Scan covering OBDII diagnosis and full system diagnosis for most modern vehicles worldwide. 1.1 Smart Diagnosis (AutoScan) Connect the Phoenix Nano to the DLC’s port, and then turn the ignition key on. Tap "AutoScan." The tablet will start the AutoScan procedure, and automatically read the vehicle’s VIN information. 1.1.1 Once the system successfully decodes the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), it will enter the following screen.
