the upper part.An exhaust fan shall be installed next to the battery to maintain good indoor ventilation.The battery has the longest service life at room temperature (20 ℃). 9.3 Unpacking The inverter equipment and accessories are packed in cartons or wooden boxes and cartons. When unpacking, they must be disassembled carefully. Check whether the equipment and accessories are complete and damaged during transportation according to the packing list. Ensure that all accessories have been found before removing the packaging materials.
If the equipment or accessories are damaged during transportation or the equipment and accessories are inconsistent with the order contract, it shall be recorded on site in time and contact the representative of the local branch or office of the company immediately. After unpacking the new machine, check whether there is mechanical damage caused by transportation. When it is found that the inverter is seriously damaged in appearance, further inspection shall be carried out.
9.4 Check the power supply Before installation, please re confirm whether the load capacity of the incoming line of the power grid can meet the requirements of the new equipment, whether the power supply meets the voltage and frequency on the equipment nameplate, and whether the current carrying capacity decreases due to the aging of the wire. If there is any doubt, please consult with the local power supply department. 9.4.1Basic requirements for power supply 1) Ground wire preparation The grounding terminal has been prepared, and the zero ground voltage in the machine room shall not exceed 5V. 2) DC input voltage and load capacity The rated DC input required by inverter is 48VDC.
The capacity provided by DC input power supply shall be greater than the maximum input power of inverter. Before installing the inverter, please confirm whether the DC input voltage and load capacity provided can meet the requirements of the equipment, and consider whether the current carrying capacity decreases due to the aging of the feeder. 3) Configure air switch protection for input The DC distribution cabinet or distribution panel of the machine room shall be reserved with separate air switch shunt or fuse shunt for the inverter equipment. The distribution panel or distribution cabinet shall be made by a professional company as far as possible.
