Summary. This regulation establishes US Army policy and responsibilities for the de- velopment and implementation of functional standardization programs in support of Army- wide standardization. Applicability. This regulation applies to the Active Army, the Army National Guard, and the US Army Reserve. P r o p o n e n t a n d e x c e p t i o n a u t h o r i t y .
