Skew-feed prevention The product uses a registration shutter to correct the skew feed without decreasing the feeding speed. The leading edge of paper strikes the registration shutter as the paper is fed. 2. The leading edge of paper is aligned with the shutter. 3. As the feed roller keeps pushing the paper, the paper warps. 4. The stiffness of paper pushes up the registration shutter. 5.
