Assembling the Strap First place one end of the spring bar into the spring bar hole on the back of the watch, then pull back the quick-release buton to insert the other end. Afer installation is complete, pull the strap to ensure that it is securely fastened. 01

Disassembling the Strap Take off the watch. Pull the quick-release buton in the opposite direction and remove the two ends of the watch strap from the body of the watch. 02

Care & Maintenance 1. Avoid wearing the watch too tightly in daily use. Keep the contact parts of the watch dry, and clean the wristband with clean water regularly. Stop wearing the strap immediately and consult a doctor if you notice redness, swelling, or other symptoms at the contact area. 2. Do not put the strap near a heat source or expose it to direct sunlight, because overheating will cause it to deform or even melt. 3. If the strap is stained or dirty, please wipe it gently with a soft damp cloth, and then let it dry naturally in a ventilated and cool place.
