EVADA — 11.5 Diagnosis of common abnormal problems

11.3 Preventive and periodic maintenance In order to improve the efficiency and reliability of inverter power supply system operation, please complete the following preventive maintenance operations. 1) Check the wiring terminals of input and output cables every six months. Check carefully and measure whether the contact is good. 2) Regularly check the working state of the fan to prevent sundries from blocking the air outlet. If it is damaged, it shall be replaced in time. 3) Regularly check the working state of the inverter.

11.4 Maintenance steps 1) Press the on/off key on the inverter panel to turn off the inverter; (at this time, the load equipment will automatically power off without output, please note to save the load equipment information). 2) Disconnect the air switch on the input line connected to the inverter, isolate the input terminal on the inverter from the DC power supply, and unplug the machine output connector. 3) Use a screwdriver and other tools to remove the DC input wiring of the machine and the ground wire connected to the frame, and wrap the connecting wire connector with insulating tape to prevent short circuit with other leads. 4) Note:

when removing the DC input wiring of the machine, it must be confirmed that the air switch of DC input is disconnected. 5) Remove the fixing screws between the inverter panel and the rack, and pull the machine out of the rack for maintenance or replacement. 6) There is still residual charge on the capacitor inside the inverter, and there may still be high voltage endangering personal safety.

Therefore, the inverter needs to stand for a long enough time (20 minutes or discharge with the discharge resistance), and the shell can be disassembled only after the charge is released) 7) After the machine is repaired or replaced with a new inverter, push the inverter into the rack and fasten it with screws. After connecting the DC input lead of the machine and the ground wire connected to the rack, close the air switch on the DC input lead, insert the output load equipment wiring, and press the on/off key on the panel to start up and run.

11.5 Diagnosis of common abnormal problems After you start the inverter, if it cannot work normally, please do not rush to judge that the inverter has failed. You may as well refer to the fault diagnosis reference table to find out the possible causes. At the same time, pay attention to check whether it is caused by the external environment, such as temperature and humidity not meeting the requirements or load overload. Please deal with it first according to the methods in Chapter 8 and Chapter 9. 22
