Remove the front door assembly (refer to 7.2.3.1 Removal and refitting of front door assembly) 2. Remove the left fender trim panel (refer to 8.6.6.15 Removal and refitting of fender trim panel) 3. Remove the front door hinge. a. Unscrew 4 fixing bolts of the upper and lower hinges of the front door (at the side wall). Tightening torque of bolt: 30±5Nm. b. Take down the front door upper and lower hinges ① .
