Body Closure Manual 7-9 Engine hood 7.1.3.2 Removal and refitting of engine hood hinge Removal procedure Note: - The following is the removal and refitting of the left engine hood hinge, which can be referred to for the operations on the right side. - You must act in close coordination with another technician when unscrewing the fixing bolts of the engine hood. 1. Remove the engine hood hinge. a. Pry up the spring clip with a flat screwdriver and disengage the left engine hood air spring assembly. b. Unscrew 3 fixing bolts connecting the engine hood hinge to the engine hood. Tightening torque of bolt: 20±3Nm. VOYAH FREE
