Controller Editor Editor Parameters and Online Help The middle portion of the Controller Editor contains the editor parameters. These are used to configure vari- ous settings on the connected controller. The bottom area of the Controller Editor displays online help for the selected parameter. NOTE: Because online help for each parameter is provided directly in the editor, it is not duplicated in this documentation. Save Configuration The save configuration section defines what information is saved locally on the controller when the work- space is saved. The options are as follows:
Save Programs and Variables on Controller (DISK>D:\ARCHIVE\) When enabled, all V+ User variables and V+ User modules will be saved to the controller in the DISK>D:\ARCHIVE\ directory. By default, all variables will be saved in a file called GLOBALS.VAR and all modules will be saved in a file called {MODULE NAME}.PG.
