INSTRUMENTS AND CONTROLS 1 - SAFETY BARS DANGER 80 • Before leaving the operating position, lower the equipment to the ground and lock the safety bars. • The safety devices of the machine are composed of electric parts. Therefore, before modifying or replacing wirings and elec- trical components, which may result in malfunctions of the devices, contact your Komatsu Utility Dealer. The locking of the servo control safety device is obtained by lifting the bars (1) in vertical position. The device can be unlocked by lowering the bars in horizontal po- sition. IMPORTANT • The equipment movements and the travel function are in- hibited when the safety bars (1) are locked.
