Instructions for ST assembly 210 MW Bandel India Document number: S12003-YK09-05MAA-747002 Tylova 57l 31600 Plzeň l Českб Republika 2) Mutual earthing connection of assembled parts on the same machine Perform the connecting by means of the conductor CYA type with the cross section 25 mm 2 , the ends of conductors has to be equipped with terminals for bolt M8.The length of bolt is 25 mm. Earthing points for such connecting have to be equipped with threaded holes M8 20 mm deep as minimum. The earthing point arrangement has to be done same as written above in paragraph 1. The ends of conductors has to be equipped terminal for bolt M8.
Between the head of bolt and terminal of the conductor has to be inserted the fan-shaped washer or spring lock washer + flat washer. Mutual earthing connection of assembled parts 2) Propojenн montovanэch dнlů stejnйho zařнzenн Propojenн se provede vodičem typu CYA o průřezu nejmйně 25 mm 2 . Zemnнcн mнsta propojovanб takovэm vodičem musн bэt opatřena otvorem se zбvitem minimбlně M8 a hloubce 25 mm. Připravenost zemnнcнho mнsta musн bэt provedena stejně tak, jak je popsбno vэše v bodu 1. Konce propojovacнch vodičů musн bэt opatřeny kabelovэm okem pro šroub M8.
Pro připojenн použijte šroub M8 o minimбlnн dйlce 20 mm s vějнřovou podložkou, nebo kombinacн „pйrovй“ a plochй podložky, vloženй mezi hlavu šroubu a zemnнcн vodič. Přнklad hotovйho propojovacнho zemnнcнho spoje 3) Earthing network If the earthing network is not abailable for the assembled component conecting through the earthing conductor (FeZn strip with minimum cross section 120 mm 2 ) it is necessary connect the earthing desk to earth or concrete, such earthing desk (100x50x10 mm) has to be of the good conductive metal and has to be put into excavation pit at least 100 mm under surface.
