Q 159 158. Introduction: If the assembly staff has to work inside or on the surface of assmbled components, such components of parts of assembled machines have to be always connected to earthing. The earthing has to be installed also in cases when the staff does not work with electric tools or appliances.
It is not important if the assembled components or parts of machine are put on their foundation or provisory supports on pre- assembly are the earting has to be always installed. Instruction for the earthing installation: 1) Connecting of the assembled component or part of machine to the earthing network Connecting make by means of FeZn strip with cross section 120 mm 2 .
For such strip connecting the earthing points on the assembled component or part of machine has to be equipped with threaded holes M10 25 mm deep as minimum, such must to be ensured earthing conductor metal to metal contact over the entire surface (It si designed as the grinding surface on the earthing part) The earthing point has to be marked with the durable label with sign ČSN.
