§ Preparation of lifting beams for handling, preparing of assembly tools and consuming assembly material (preservation washing, check of mobility, setting of position of suspensions etc.) § Preparation of the concrete foundation for the assembly (marking of all axes, cleaning of surface) § Preparation of the main parts which are required for handling (taking over for assembly, un-wrapping, checking of the centre of gravity and slinging points according to the assembly documentation, suspensions elements installation as pins, yokes etc) § Checking of the documentation of welders and operators of special assembly appliances (crane, manoeuvre equipment, screw tightening machines, annealing accessories etc).
§ Work test of welders will be done and evoluated before delegation of welder to the work (testi ng welds according to welder’s certificate) see Q 12803, art. 7.9 7.14.) § Checking of the DSPW turbine parts readiness for transport into the assembly zone, check the correct type of material etc The following activities perform as the montбže:
§ Přнprava zvedacнch traverz pro manipulaci, přнprava montбžnнho nбřadн a spotřebnнho materiбlu pro montбž (mytн konzervace, kontrola pohyblivosti, nastavenн polohy zбvěsů atd.) § Přнprava betonovйho zбkladu pro montбž (vyznačenн veškerэch os, čištěnн povrchu) § Přнprava hlavnнch dнlů požadovanэch pro manipulaci (přejнmka pro montбž, vybalenн, kontrola těžiště a zбvěsnэch bodů dle dokumentace, instalace zбvěsnэch prvků jako čepů, třmenů apod.). § Kontrola dokumentace svбřečů a operбtorů specielnнch montбžnнch zařнzenн (jeřбb, manйvrovacн souprava, utahovacн zařнzenн, žнhacн zařнzenн, atd.) .
§ Pracovnн zkouška svařečů bude provedena a vyhodnocena před nasazenнm svбřeče na prбci (zkušebnн svary dle kvalifikace svбřeče) viz Q 12803, čl. 7.9 7.14.) § Kontrola připravenosti dнlů parnн turbiny pro přepravu do montбžnн zyny, kontrola sprбvnйho druhu materiбlu, atd.
