Working principle block diagram of single module1.2 Working principleFigure 1-1 Working principle block diagram Note: The equipment without charging does not include the function of dotted lineThe power supply is a standard 19 inch rack type product, which is composed of 2~5 3kVA inverter modules in parallel, with an output capacity of 6~15KVA.The machine is mainly composed of common choke filter, backflow noise absorber, high-frequency boost circuit, PWM sinusoidal inverter control, AC input filter,ECO switching device, output AC filter and communication detection display interface.When the mains power is normal, ECO directly outputs the load to optimize the efficiency;In case of mains power failure and 48VDC DC power supply circuit, after signal preprocessing of DC voltage through common choke filter and back pouring noise absorber, it is sent to high-frequency boost circuit for DC input boost, and then participate in high-frequency PWM inverter circuit inversion to output 220VAC voltage, which is sent to load equipment after filtering,The communication detection display interface detects and controls the running state and working parameters of the machine and displays them through the LCD panel. At the same time, the power supply has battery overvoltage and undervoltage protection, output overvoltage protection, output undervoltage alarm, output short circuit, over temperature and other protection functions.The information can be reported through RS485 communication.Power supply equipment is specially designed for communication and can be used in office, power, industrial control, security and other fields. 1.3 Function introduction 1) Self starting function.When the DC input is greater than 48 ± 1V (the equipment is not charged) or connected to the mains power (the equipment is charged), the power supply equipment starts automatically. If there is no mains power or the mains power is abnormal, the panel indicator flashes, and 4 the equipment enters the inverter working state;If the mains power is normal, it will automatically enter the mains power working state; 2) DC cold start.When the DC input voltage is less than 48 ± 1V, press the switch button for a long time, and the panel indicator flashes, and the equipment enters the inverter working state; 3) Fan intelligent multi-stage speed regulation function; 4) Battery power down protection.Set the battery down voltage to prolong the service life of the battery 5) Unattended function. When the system is automatically protected due to battery undervoltage due to long-term mains power failure, it can automatically start up and charge the battery after the mains power returns to normal, so as to effectively protect the battery and prolong the service life of the battery 6) The standard RS485 communication interface can directly and remotely monitor the operation status of the power supply system online through the monitoring software 7) charge function. Each module contains 6A rectifier module (optional).
