Instructions for ST assembly 210 MW Bandel India Document number: S12003-YK09-05MAA-747002 Tylova 57l 31600 Plzeň l Českб Republika at time before commissioning of TG: During the assembly and at time before putting the turbine into operation it is necessary to protect the unpainted and unpreserved components of already assembled machines against the corrosion arising. These measures will be applied: the local application of light preservation means, drying of steam turbine inner spaces by condensing re- drying accessories i. e. keeping of the relative humidity from 40% up to 50%.
Carry out the protection of steam turbine with the application of preservation means CORTEC in the last phase of assembly just before the boxing up of individual casings and closing of bearing s stands: § In case of steam turbine deliveries as parts (assembled on power plant) applied into the open casing preservation mean VpCI-325 . Preserve with this mean all accessible surfaces inside and then box up the turbine casing. § Preserve the inner spaces of assembled cross-over piping with mean VpCI-337 - This mean is necessary to disperse equally as the best possible into the closed space of steam piping. Recommended amount is 1l/m 3 of space.
§ Preserve the inner spaces of bearing stands with mean VpCI-322 . Apply this mean on all accessible surfaces inside of bearing stands and then close (blind) the bearing stands. It is also necessary to apply above described protection by CORTEC preservation means in case of long-term interruption of assembly works on turbine. In case, when the assembled and preserved machine is not put into operation for long time period (more then 6 months, it is necessary to carry out the check of preservation or replenish or restore the layer of preservation means. Preservation which is applied as written above will not be washed off before putting of the steam turbine into operation.
Application of preservation means for steam turbine protection against corrosion is provided by the assembly firm including the providing of consuming material ( preservation means described above are not in scope of uvedenнm TG do provozu: V obdobн montбže a v době před uvedenнm parnн turbiny do provozu je potřeba kovovй dнly již smontovan эch čбstн stroje, kterй nejsou opatřeny konzervacн nebo nбtěrem chrбnit před vznikem koroze. Je nutno aplikovat tato opatřenн: lokбlnн nanбšenн lehkэch konzervačnнch prostředků, vysoušenн vnitřnнch prostor parnн turbiny kondenzačnнm vysoušecнm zařнzenнm tj. udržovбnн relativnн vlhkosti mezi 40 až 50%.
V zбvěrečnй fбzi montбže, před uzavřenнm jednotlivэch těles a ložiskovэch stojanů proveďte ochranu parnн turbiny aplikacн kon zervačnнch prostředků CORTEC: § V přнpadě dodбvky parnн turbiny po dнlech (sestavovanй na elektrбrně) aplikujte do otevřenйho tělesa konzervačnн prostředek VpCI-325 . Tнmto prostředkem nakonzervujte veškerй přнstupnй plochy uvnitř a potй těleso parnн turbiny uzavřete. § Vnitřnн prostory sestavenйho převбděcнho potrubн nakonzervujte prostředkem VpCI- 337 . Tento prostředek je nutnй rovnoměrně rozprбšit co nejlйpe do uzavřenйho prostoru parnнho potrubн. Doporučenб množstvн je 1l /m 3 prostoru. § Vnitřnн prostory ložiskovэch stojanů nakonzervujte prostředkem VpCI-322 .
Tнmto prostředkem nakonzervujte veškerй přнstupnй plochy uvnitř ložiskovэch stojanů a potй ložiskovй stojany uzavřete (zaslepte). Vэše popsanou ochranu konzervačnнmi prostředky CORTEC je rovněž nezbytnй aplikovat i při dlouhodobйm přerušenн montбžnнch pracн na turbině. V přнpadech, kdy nedojde dlouhodobě k uvedenн smontovanйho a zakonzervovanйho stroje do provozu (vнce než 6 měsнců), je nezbytnй provйst kontrolu stavu konzervace a přнpadně doplnit nebo obnovit vrstvu konzervačnнch prostředků. Konzervace aplikovбna tak jak je popsбno vэše se již před uvбděnнm parnн turbiny do provozu neodstraňuje.
