These rules apply to registered users and partners who upload documents to manualslb.info.
1. Who can upload
Uploads open after a moderator approves the application. The uploader role sends documents to moderation; the partner role publishes them after automatic checks. The pending role cannot upload, and banned accounts cannot sign in or upload.
2. Accepted documents
PDF only, up to 50 MB, no opening password and no advertising inside the file. Documents must be manuals, instructions, catalogs or technical documentation.
3. Right to distribute
You may only upload documents you have the right to distribute: your own materials, materials of the manufacturer you represent, or documents the rights holder distributes openly. Uploading confirms this right.
4. Checks and moderation
Every file goes through antivirus scanning, duplicate detection, automatic classification and moderation. A rejection arrives by e-mail with the reason; a corrected document can be uploaded again.
5. Limits
The daily limit depends on the role: uploader — 3 files per day, trusted — 20, partner — 100 (an administrator can change the limit for a specific user). The site-wide publication limit is 120 documents per day; documents above it go live on a schedule.
6. Data retention and account deletion
IP address and upload time are stored for 180 days and then deleted. Deleting an account removes the e-mail and sessions; documents remain signed as “deleted user”. For rights questions use the Legal Information page.
