Safety Decals Without Text (No-Text) Safety decals without text consist of a safety sign and safety information panel. The safety sign panel is located at the top or left side and the safety information panel is located at the bottom or right side of the decal depending on its configuration. The safety sign panel uses a black triangular band and a pictorial to identify the hazard and the potential consequences of the failure to follow instructions. The safety information panel uses pictorials and/or prohibition signs to identify the actions necessary to avoid the hazard.
