INSTRUMENTS AND CONTROLS 7 - BLADE CONTROL LEVER DANGER Make sure that the blade is fully raised before moving the machine. The blade control raises and lowers the blade according to the following diagram. (See pos.10.) 8 - ACCELERATOR LEVER This lever controls the engine speed and power output. Idling position (1): Lever pushed fully forward. 1 2 Maximum power position (2): Lever pulled fully back. Use the accelerator sparingly and smoothly, particularly when the machine is under strain or working in difficult conditions.
