2 Safety The following staff qualification requirements have been defined for the various scopes of activities: • Instructed personnel These persons have been instructed by the operator with regard to the tasks assigned and the potential hazards caused by improper handling. • Skilled personnel Due to their educational and professional skills, know-how and experience, as well as due to their knowledge of the relevant regulations, these persons are capable of executing their assigned tasks and recognize poten- tial hazards independently.
