Skywell — SF5 product manual

When the vehicle turns suddenly while driving, the VDC system judges the driver’s driving intention based on information such as the steering wheel angle and vehicle speed, and continuously compares it with the actual conditions of the vehicle. If the vehicle deviates from the normal driving route, the VDC will apply brakes to corresponding wheels in order to make corrections to help the driver control sideslip and keep the direction of the vehicle stable.

When driver quickly steps on the brake pedal, HBA can recognize that the vehicle is in an emergency state and quickly increase the brake pressure to the maximum value, so that ABS can intervene more quickly and effectively shorten the braking distance. HAZ When the vehicle speed is faster than 50km/h, the deceleration is faster than 6m/sІ or the ABS is triggered, driver will perform emergency braking. When the ESC system recognizes that the vehicle is in an emergency braking state, it will transmit the emergency braking signal to the BCM controller to light up the double flashing turn signal in order to warn the following vehicles, which serves as a hazard warning.

TCS TCS reduces the power of the motor to prevent the wheels from slipping during acceleration, and applies braking force control when necessary, in order to prevent wheels from spinning. Under unfavorable driving conditions, TCS can make the vehicle easy to start, accelerate and climb. When TCS effectively controls brake pressure and motor power, an electronic stability control indicator is displayed on the meter. Warning HDC controls the speed of the vehicle through automatic braking intervention. With this system, you do not need step on the brake pedal.

Increasing or decreasing the downhill speed can be achieved by operating the accelerator, so that you can place all your attention on the steering wheel. This function is particularly useful when going down steep slopes, especially on rugged and slippery terrain. However, you can still use the brake pedal to slow down or stop the car at any time. Traction control does not prevent accidents caused by dangerous driving or sudden steering at high speeds. When on a slope, HAC will automatically hold the brake for about 1.5s, which can prevent the foot slipping when changing from the brake pedal to the accelerator. HAC will automatically prevent the vehicle from slipping back.

Warning Decrease in braking effect is like all brakes, braking ability is also affected by slippery roads (for example, on icy roads or soft surfaces), which may cause accidents. Warning HAC will stop working after 1.5s, and the vehicle can slide at this time. Therefore, please quickly move your foot from the brake pedal to the accelerator. Do not rely on the HAC for a long time (more than 1.5 s), in order to prevent the vehicle from sliding, otherwise it may cause a collision.
