Processing Documents The TM-S1000 is capable of performing the following four actions on a document in a single pass: scanning the image of both the face and the back, reading magnetic characters, and franking. Flow of Single Pass Processing 1. Insert a document into the feeder section. 2. The scanner scans the images of the face and back. 3. The scanner reads the magnetic characters on the document. 4. The franking section prints a pattern, and the document is fed to the outlet. Notes on Processing Documents ❏ Do not use documents smaller than 120 Ч 68 mm {4.72 Ч 2.68 in} (W Ч H). ❏ Do not use documents larger than 235 Ч 120 mm {9.25 Ч 4.72 in} (W Ч H).
