User's Guide Administrator Settings The administrator can restrict printer features for individual users. To use a restricted feature, the user has to enter an ID and password on the control panel. Use this feature to prevent misuse of the printer. Use Web Config to configure restriction settings on a computer. See the Administrator's Guide for more details. After configuring settings on the computer, enable the user restriction feature on the printer. Select Setup > System Administration > Security Settings > Access Control from the home screen, and then enable it. 15
