Be careful not to -UN-29JAN90 damage crankshaft rod journal while installing piston. 1. Apply clean engine oil on piston,s connecting rod bearing surface, and cylinder bore. M36363 2. Turn crankshaft until rod journal is at bottom of its stroke. 3. Install piston with notch (A) or oil hole (B) toward camshaft using a ring compressor. Push piston down until connecting rod is seated on crankshaft rod journal.
