Move up the hook pin to the free position. 2. Raise the hook pin in each fork to side the fork on the carriage bar. 3. Adjust the forks in the position most appropriate for the load and as wide as possible for load stability. 4. When adjusting the forks, make sure that the weight of the load is centered on the truck. 5. After adjustment, set the fork locks to keep the forks in place.
