Network electronics assembly The network electronics assembly controls all functions within the product and provides a connection to the external gigabit network interface for the product. This assembly only accepts files from a USB interface in .JPEG format from the flatbed scanner and ADF assembly. The assembly stores the files on the encrypted hard disk drive for additional post-scan processing and routing based on the options selected by the user.
