If it is necessary to replace the Formatter PCA, the page count should be set to the current value to reflect the age of the Print Engine. The procedure for setting the serial number is similar to setting the page count. Note Before replacing the Formatter PCA, print a Configuration Page to verify the current page count and serial number of the printer, if possible.
