CONSTANT VOLTAGE SUPPLY The SUPPLY mode maintains power for vehicle programming and extended maintenance ensuring operational order for both the vehicle and battery. CHARGING STEPS 1) DIAGNOSIS Checks the battery's initial condition including voltage, state-of-charge, and health, to determine if the battery is stable before charging. 2) DESULPHATION Uses voltage or high-frequency pulses to break down the sulfates that have built up over time in the aging battery to optimize life and performance. 3) PRE-CHARGE Starts the charging process with a low stable current that gradually increases until the battery capacity returns 25%. This reduces the stress put on batteries by sudden surges.
4) SOFT START Provides a medium stable current until the battery capacity returns 50%. 5) BULK CHARGE Begins the Bulk charging process based on the condition of the battery until the battery capacity returns 80%.
