F15.01 and F15.02 are set as the acceleration and deceleration time during operation. Their values (e.g. 500) depend on the acceleration and deceleration time unit (F15.13), and have different meanings and ranges.
For example, F15.13=0 means that the acceleration and deceleration time is 5.00s, and F15.13=1 means that the acceleration and deceleration time is 50.0s. * : The separate set frequency and acceleration/deceleration time are applied in jog running, and not shared in normal running, but with the same physical meanings.
